Blueberry and Coconut Pupsicles

Living in Florida means that our pups experience many hot days especially during the summer. Eating cold treats such as pupsicles, are a great way for dogs to cool off!

Making Blueberry and Coconut Pupsicles

These treats are simple to make and contain so many health benefits for your pup! If your dog experiences dry or sensitive skin, then this will be a great added treat for your dog. Coconut oil is full of so many benefits for your dog’s skin. It also aids in digestion, helps maintain a healthy immune system, weight loss, and boosts energy. Blueberries contain many vitamins (C and K), minerals, and antioxidants.

Two All Natural Ingredients

All you need to grab are fresh blueberries, organic coconut oil, and a molding tray!

Place one blueberry directly into the middle of each paw mold.

Next, pour the coconut oil into the moldings, filling them to the top.  I use organic unrefined virgin coconut oil. Then, simply place the molding tray into the freezer. Freeze for about 4 hours.

After 4 hours, pop out your treats and they are ready to serve! I give my dogs one pupsicle a day in the morning. You can also add it to your dog's breakfast too. Store the treats in the freezer.

ENJOY!
